Requiring a credit card on file to book an appointment

Three Tides Wellness requires a credit card on file when booking an appointment. While we continue our goal of offering valuable treatments for your continued wellness, this introduces a convenient method of payment. In consideration of the wellness of our practitioners, having a card on file offers assurances in cases of outstanding balances.

Your card will not be charged without prior notice. 

It is not required to pay with the card on file. Credit, Debit, Cash, E-transfer, and Direct Billing (depending on the treatment and practitioner) will still be accepted at the time of service

Reasons we may charge your card on file: 

• Virtual Appointments

• Late cancellations conflicting with our cancellation policy

• No-Shows 

• Prolonged Outstanding Balances

• Your preference is we charge the card to pay for your treatment

Cancelation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. IV Therapy requires 48 hours notice.

Acupuncture with Jeanette Turnbull - 50% of the full treatment price

Osteopathy with Taylor Burch - 50% of the full treatment price

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy with Helena - 70% of the full treatment price

Treatments with Diane Schalk - 50% of the full treatment price

Treatments with Natalie Thibodeau- 70% of the full treatment price

Energy Healing with Shannon Leis - 70% of the full session price

Nutrition & Reflexology with Marilia Pereira - 50% of the full appointment price

Nutrition & Menstrual Cycle Charting with Keira - 70% of the full appointment price

Generation Healing® & Soul Therapy® with Vanessa Faria - 70% of the full session price

IV Therapy - 70% of the Naturopathic Appointment + 100% of the price of the bag.
