At Three Tides Wellness, we are constantly striving to provide inclusive, multifaceted and unique experiences for our clientele. By bringing together like-minded individuals into a beautifully curated space who are passionate and mission-driven is one of the key components to why we set out to build our space. We integrate many forms of healing focusing on whole-person care. 

We are seeking individuals to join us in this journey as we build a healing space which empower people in our community to take greater care over their health.

Three Tides Wellness has been providing quality care in a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere in Uptown Waterloo for 3 and 1/2 years . The space is designed to serve as a welcoming getaway from our fast paced lifestyle. Our goal is to offer high-quality, multidisciplinary care in a beautiful setting.
