I’m a registered Psychotherapist, with over half a decade of experience working with both individuals and couples.
Scope of Practice
I support individuals and couples who sense that the life they’re living has started to unravel— whether gradually, piece by piece, or through crisis that disrupts the structures they once relied on. Together, we can take an honest look at what’s happened, explore why, and begin the process of rebuilding. For some, that means putting the pieces back together; for others, it may mean clearing the board and considering what it looks like to start again.
I work with people navigating a variety of life challenges and I’m passionate about helping people with anxiety, depression, burnout, anger, life transitions, relationship challenges, addiction, and the general slow grind of feeling stuck.
My Approach
In our work together, my goal is to help you better understand where you feel stuck and to develop a clear, practical path forward—one that feels both meaningful and aligned with the life you want to build, whether as an individual or as a couple.
My approach is honest and direct. Meaningful change isn’t passive—it asks something of both of us. My role is to offer tools, strategies, and insight; yours is to take what we explore in session and apply it in your life. In my experience, those who show up willing to engage in the work often find that life begins to open up in ways they didn’t expect.
