INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial visit is approximately 2 hours long. During the appointment, you will go through an in-depth look at your main concerns and your health history. You have a safe space to talk about your worries, thought patterns, fears, anxieties, sleep, self-care practices and goals.

The visit will end with a 30-minute energy healing session, selected intuitively based on your needs that day. You will lie down and get cozy while you receive a relaxing session to help balance your energy. The energy healing may be Access Bars, Usui or Shamballa intro Reiki, or Bioenergetics.

After your session, you will receive a homeopathic remedy recommendation to help with your main concerns as well as supplement, lifestyle recommendations and homework designed to help you feel more centred.

HOMEOPATHY ONLY FOLLOW-UP

The homeopathy only follow-up sessions are 30 minutes long consisting of a review on your main concerns, check-in on any other concerns that may be more important at this time, and an update on your care plan including your personalized remedies, supplements and lifestyle suggestions.

Follow-ups are recommended every 3 to 4 weeks, but depending on your needs you may want to come in more or less often as your concerns improve.

HEALING WITH AKASHIC RECORDS

The Akashic Records hold the vibrational record of our souls and their journeys. They hold the archive of each soul from lifetime to lifetime and through time and space. When we access the records, we receive information and guidance that can help us on our path based on our soul’s journey. We receive exactly what we need and exactly what we are ready for.

When you come in for your Akashic Reading you will lie down and get comfortable to help you relax into the experience. Raluca will enter your Akashic records and begin sharing the guidance brought forward by your guides. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that may be on your mind, or share a challenge that you would like to bring some healing and clarity to, or just see what guidance may come for you.

Based on what is needed during your session, Raluca may incorporate energy healing or inner voice work to help release and heal.

Your session can be recorded over audio so you can listen back to the recording any time you wish!

INNER VOICE SESSION

$250

This is for you if you want to deepen the connection with your intuition. You know that the answers are within you but you are not clear on what they are.

The session is 1.5- 2 hours long and recorded through audio only. Recording the session helps the mind relax and surrender knowing it will be there for you to refer back to and listen to your inner wisdom. You will be guided through an introduction of what to expect during the session and how to connect with your inner voice (intuition).

The rest of the session is devoted to the Facilitator asking your inner voice questions and advice about career, abundance, health, wellness, relationships and any questions you request in your intake form.

You may also be sent Healing Energy to help you deepen your state of relaxation.

You can experience this type of session once, or book regularly for a coaching experience specific to you guided by your intuition.

The wisdom you have for yourself is the best advice you can receive. Check in with your intuition and book if it is right for you.
