Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

Beautiful skin relies on a healthy flow of blood and energy to the face.

Your skin is a reflection of your health, and according to Traditional Chinese Medicine; skin issues are caused by internal imbalances which may manifest as fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles, puffy eyes, dry skin, and rosacea.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (also known as Cosmetic Acupuncture) is a non-invasive treatment using very fine needles over the face and body to help reduce the signs of ageing. Acupuncture addresses both internal and external factors to stimulate natural collagen production, blood circulation and improve muscle tone. The treatment targets the underlying process of ageing rather than masking the signs on the surface.

Stimulate your skin's natural regeneration abilities through precise needle placement across the face. The needle insertions trigger your body's wound healing actions. This kickstarts fresh collagen + elastin production to firm, tone and volumize facial skin from within.

WHAT TO EXPECT

An initial treatment consists of a full assessment of the face and any underlying health concerns. Acupuncture needles are inserted on the body to address underlying health issues (insomnia, headache, pain, digestion, etc.).

A facial cupping massage with natural oils treats the skin while stimulating acupressure points. Then fine, single-use facial acupuncture needles are inserted to bring energy and blood to areas of concern and stimulate muscle tone.

A jade roller or gua sha stone is used at the end of the treatment to smooth, calm and balance the complexion.

The combined effect smooths fine lines, relaxes rigid muscles and re-contours facial structure, resulting in visible results and glowing radiance.
